managed service provision

Smartsoftware have been industry leaders in the establishment and delivery of managed service provision since the inception of our Partnership Support Program, PSP, back in 1997. Our service is in operation in seven countries around the globe. We are able to manage your applications software for the total care and maintenance of your systems.

PSP is a fixed price, extended technical maintenance and support service for your systems and its associated 3rd party software environment.


PSP is designed, as a minimum, to cover the day-to-day review of the operational management of your systems environment, including: ensuring that established jobs run successfully; the database is tuned; sizing and performance issues are accurately forecast; and software “bugs” are identified and corrected following the manufacturer’s delivery of corrective code.

 

A Customer taking up the PSP can expect:

 

  • An implementation of the service using a methodical and well planned process;
  • Proactive maintenance and upgrading of the EAS;
  • Speedy remedial action when problems occur; and
  • Regular feedback through reporting and account management.

 

Furthermore, a Customer can expect:

 

  • A well maintained system;
